All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable if the event takes place as scheduled. Refunds will only be issued if the event is officially canceled due to extreme weather or conditions beyond our control. Children under 5 enter free. Kids tickets are valid for ages 5–13.

Tropical Sundays is a rain-or-shine event. In the case of extreme weather or conditions beyond our control that force cancellation, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
